TEAM CODE OF CONDUCT
Commitment to Professionalism, Respect & Discipline
At XELAR Motorsport, we operate as a structured professional race team within the United Arab Emirates. Every driver, parent, and team member represents the team both on and off track.
Participation in any XELAR program requires adherence to the following standards.
1. Safety First
- All drivers must comply with FIA-approved safety equipment requirements.
- No driver may participate without appropriate protective gear.
- Unsafe driving behavior will result in immediate removal from session.
Safety is non-negotiable.
2. Respect & Team Conduct
Drivers must treat teammates, competitors, officials, and staff with respect.
Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
Unsportsmanlike conduct during practice or race events is strictly prohibited.
XELAR represents discipline and professionalism at all times.
3. Parent & Guardian Conduct
Parents must not interfere with pit lane operations or race management.
All technical instructions are handled by team staff only.
Disruptive behavior by guardians may result in driver suspension.
Motorsport requires structured communication.
4. Professional Appearance & Dress Code
XELAR Motorsport operates within the cultural and professional standards of the United Arab Emirates.
All team members, drivers, and guardians are expected to maintain a respectful and appropriate appearance at circuits, paddock areas, and official events.
The following standards apply:
- No swimwear or beach-style clothing in paddock or team areas
- No excessively revealing attire
- No clothing displaying offensive language or imagery
- No inappropriate public behavior
Team apparel must be worn during official sessions, races, and team appearances when required.
We represent a professional motorsport organization at all times.
5. Social Media & Public Representation
- Drivers represent XELAR Motorsport on and off track.
- Content that damages the team’s reputation is prohibited.
- Public criticism of teammates, staff, or sponsors is not acceptable.
Professional conduct extends to digital platforms.
6. Sponsorship & Branding
- Team branding must remain visible and respected.
- Personal sponsors must align with team guidelines.
- Promotion of competing teams during active program participation is not permitted.
7. Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Verbal warning
- Suspension from session
- Removal from program
- Termination of team participation
XELAR Motorsport reserves the right to enforce disciplinary action to maintain professional standards.
